包裹赔偿细则 / Compensation Rules

感谢各位同行对我司开展专线快递业务的支持及赐教,我们也愿意更完善相互间的合作规则,基于以下问题偶有发生特制定如下条款,请各位尊贵的顾客在交货前详细阅读,以免日后争议:


少货问题

发票上需有货物相应品名,如未申报不予受理;

请在收件人签收日起48小时内内反馈,逾期不予受理;

我司受理后会询问各个单位货运代理- /SKYNET / CITYLINK / KANGAROO / POS LAJU/AIRPAK 中国操作仓库 / 当地收件人 / 派件人确认是否属实;

如属实则按短少货物的价值赔偿(CITYLINK货运货物价值赔偿上限为USD50),

( SKYNET/KANGAROO货运货物价值赔偿上限为USD50),并免费重寄与短少货物同等重量至同一目的地;


包裹遗失途中

按发票上申报价值赔偿(货运货物价值赔偿上限为USD50)或 实际运费的3倍,视哪一个低为准

丢失的货物在出货时没有申报或虚报者一律不予赔偿处理

如选择重新内/外包装的包裹, 中途丢失/损坏;公司将无法审赔

由于重新包装的包裹,可能未被打开的时候,物品因其因素而缺少例如:卖家少送,快递弄丢等等,建议可以选择点算或者照片服务后才选此服务保障货品没有少发才确认发货哦~

或如依照卖家的原包装寄出损坏, 无法进行索赔 建议如果是易碎品, 勿选择重新包装更应该通知卖家加固包装~ 以避免运输途中压坏


货物掉包

由我司原因掉包产生的一切费用由我司承担或直接按货物申报价值赔偿(CITYLINK货运货物价值赔偿上限为USD50),并退运费,我司有权选择按其中一种方式处理;

货物在我司仓库寻找不到,赔偿标准将会是 最高马币100,如顾客不满意此保障,请使用到付或提货服务,提高障保包裹遗失。


申请不实/违禁品/使用错误运输方式

申报不实或有违禁品导至货物全部/部分出口退件/扣件或目的地无法清关/加收费用等问题一律由顾客自行承担;并不退该票运费;

• 我司会考虑把顾客列入黑名单,当重犯率太高或常犯。


延迟发货问题

我司在货运保证期前预先通知,货运抵达第三方延迟与理由,将不负责有关延误问题。 货运的第三方问题延迟如海关问题,航班天气问题,我司会做出监督与跟踪处理并尽快安排发货,将不受限延迟发货赔偿规则。

我司疏忽导致的所有延误问题,将按延迟的工作日做出赔偿运费百分比。 发货日期以付款日期作为标准发货日期时间。而必需通知我司核实后发货时间才能生效。

延迟3 个工作日 - 赔偿10% , 7天- 赔偿20% , 14天- 赔偿50%,30天 - 100% 运费赔偿。

赔偿充值进户口,不能以现金兑现。


订单修改要求

所有订单在要求特别处理,将会次日得到回复,或更迟视要求而定。

所有发货后要求特别处理的订单将不受限延迟发货赔偿规则内。



赔偿程序

所有申请赔偿的顾客,必须要在申请赔偿的1个星期内提供完整的赔偿资料,逾期将不受理。 所有已经确认的赔偿都需要在一个星期内提供完整资料,否则赔偿将无效。

所有确认赔偿与收到完整赔偿资料后,我司将会在2个星期内做核实回复并赔偿,2个星期后将不再受理。

如果顾客没有在申请赔偿期间没有提供完整资料,逾期1个星期将不受理。

温馨提示:对高单价货物请自行购买保险以保证贵司利益。

Less Stock problem

Parcel lost on the way

According to the value of the declaration on the invoice (freight value of the maximum limit of USD50) or three times the actual freight, depending on which one low

Lost goods are not reported at the time of shipment or false statements are not compensable

Exchange parcel

All expenses incurred by our company are borne by our company or directly compensated by the value of the goods declared (CITYLINK freight value of the maximum limit of USD50), and returned the freight, I have the right to choose one way to deal with;

The goods can not be found in our warehouse, the compensation standard will be the highest RM 100, if the customer is not satisfied with this protection, please use to pay or delivery service, improve the security package lost.


Apply for false / contraband / use wrong way of transport

Unreasonable or contraband to lead to all the goods / part of the export exit / fastener or destination can not clear customs clearance / fees and other issues will be borne by the customer; not refund the ticket;

• I will consider putting customers in blacklist when the offense is too high or often committed.


Delayed delivery issues

I am in advance of the goods before the guarantee period to inform the arrival of third-party freight delays and reasons, will not be responsible for the delay. Freight third party issues such as customs issues, flight weather problems, we will make supervision and follow the Secretary for processing and as soon as possible arrangements for delivery, will not be limited to delay the delivery of compensation rules.

All delays caused by our negligence will be compensated by the percentage of the repayment of the working day. Delivery date with payment date as standard delivery date and time. And must inform us to verify the delivery time before the entry into force.

Delayed 3 working days - 10% compensation, 7 days - 20% compensation, 14 days - 50% compensation, 30 days - 100% freight compensation.

Compensation to recharge into the account, can not cash cash.


Order modification request

All orders are subject to special treatment, will be the next day to get a reply, or more depending on the requirements.

All orders that require special handling after delivery will be subject to delay in the delivery of compensation within the rules.


Compensation procedures

All customers who apply for compensation must be in the application for compensation within 1 week to provide complete compensation information, overdue will not be accepted. All confirmed damages are required to provide complete information within one week, otherwise the indemnity will be void.

After confirming all the compensation and receipt of the complete compensation information, our company will be in 2 weeks to verify the return and compensation, 2 weeks will no longer accept.

If the customer does not provide complete information during the application for compensation, overdue 1 week will not be accepted.
